We are a Direct Primary Care (DPC), a membership based alternative to the traditional insurance-centric health care model.  The subscription platform allows for a smaller practice and shifts the time spent dealing with insurance companies to increased time spent with patients.

DPC Membership Pricing




The monthly membership fee is payable on the 1st of every month. DPC is not health insurance. The clinic does not bill your insurance company; however, we will gladly provide you with an itemized form that you can submit to your insurance company. Membership does not cover specialist care or catastrophic events, such as hospitalization and surgery. In addition to your DPC membership, we encourage our patients to carry a low premium catastrophic health insurance plan.
Employer Program
We offer customized employer memberships. Direct Primary Care is a solution that has the potential to manage up to 85% of total patient care. Membership includes a full range of services for your employees and provides immediate care and healthcare maintenance. Companies that participate in the DPC platform find their employees receive a better care experience which promotes improved employee health and well-being. The DPC option can be used with or without existing corporate insurance plans to close the gap in the care for your employees. It also may allow employers to bypass insurance companies and pay directly for care.
